Construction and Urban Development is a specialized scientific publication covering the fields of construction, planning, architecture, urban development, and transportation. It serves as a forum for academic exchange, the dissemination of scientific research and technological application results, and the presentation of solutions for modern, sustainable urban and transport development.

Established to meet the need for research, academic exchange, and knowledge dissemination in the sectors of construction, urban development, and transportation, the journal continuously innovates its content, format, and publishing methods. The Journal operates in accordance with legal regulations governing the press and publishing. It releases three issues annually in Vietnamese and one in English, aiming for international integration and striving to meet the standards of prestigious scientific databases and indexing systems.

The Journal is dedicated to publishing scientific research, specialized articles, experimental reports, and findings on the application of new technologies across fields such as construction, transportation, technical infrastructure, urban planning, architecture, green building, smart cities, digital transformation in construction, and sustainable development.
